Dove Healthcare Osseo and Dove Healthcare South are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions and develop individualized plans to maximize mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, safety, and home exercise programs.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate.
