Job summary

The Pines at Placerville in Placerville, CA is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. We offer full-time and per diem opportunities with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized therapy plans, and work to improve mobility, balance, and independence. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, families, and PTAs, you will supervise PTAs and participate in care conferences, documentation, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California (CA).
• Degree in Physical Therapy (BPT/MPT/OTD) from an accredited program.
• Current license in good standing; CPR may be required.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and safety.
