The Pines at Placerville is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. You will work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on care in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments to residents under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans, progress updates, and discharge planning.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and fall prevention.
• Assist with care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.

Are you a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? The Pines in Placerville is seeking a dedicated PTA to join our supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team.

About The Role

As a Staff PTA, you’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists and Rehabilitation leadership to provide hands-on care and support resident recovery. This role blends direct patient care, collaboration, and clinical documentation, giving you the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic skilled nursing setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy treatments to residents under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress in compliance with regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California (required)
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
• New grads encouraged to apply!
• Familiarity with EHR systems (such as Net Health or PointClickCare) is a plus
