Job summary

MOTION PT, located in Brooklyn's Lefferts Gardens, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.

You will work 40 hours/week with a structured mentorship, BOOTCAMP training, and ongoing Lunch & Learn development in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting with operations support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with prior clinical experience in any setting, including both adult and pediatric populations.
• NO New Grads.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Job Type

Full-time ( 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday). Schedule includes early shifts on Mon, Wed, and Fri (8-hour shifts with flexible start times) and late days on Tue and Thurs (flexible start times with coverage until 6–7 PM); schedule is partially flexible and will be reviewed further during the interview process.

Compensation

$90K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
