Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: New Prague, Minnesota, United States

Contract Details: Full-time

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide progress updates
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plansCollaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred

Contract Details

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. The skilled nursing facility is offering up to $52 per hour for the right candidate. The contract length will be discussed during the interview process.
