New-Martinsville-Health- is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in West Virginia. You will provide direct patient care, perform PT assessments, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize rehabilitation plans.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Licensed PT in state practicing.
• CPR certification.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
