BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home evaluations and interventions. This part-time/per diem role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement for local visits.

The ideal candidate holds an MA PT license (DPT or MPT preferred), CPR certification, and has 1+ year of experience (new grads welcome). A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• Active MA PT license required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of PT experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile EMR and maintain accurate records.

Conhecimentos

Active MA PT license

CPR certified

1+ year experience preferred
