Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home PT services in the Concord, Lexington, and Woburn area. You will evaluate patients, design personalized care plans, and help improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety within the home setting.

We offer a flexible part-time or per diem schedule, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team with mobile EMR, local visits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
