Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work part-time or per diem delivering in-home physical therapy services in the Concord, Lexington and Woburn areas. You will assess clients, develop personalized plans, and help restore strength, balance, and independence in the home environment.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• CPR certified
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license

• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
