Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services. You’ll assess, treat, and design personalized plans to help clients regain strength and independence in their own homes.

This part-time / per diem role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $75–$85 per hour plus mileage, and support from a dedicated office and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; must be able to drive to patient homes.
• 1+ year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using a mobile-friendly EMR.
