ProgressiveHealth Jasper seeks a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide acute care services in a clinical setting in Jasper, Indiana. Weekend rotation is required with potential for additional weekday pick-ups.
You will develop individualized treatment plans, review patient information, adjust plans as needed, supervise PTAs and rehab technicians, and maintain thorough documentation in line with company policies and state/federal regulations.
