Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a PRN shift, joining a team dedicated to patient-centered care for our residents in Colorado. You will help provide high-quality therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

Candidates must hold an active CO OT license; post-acute or SNF experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits including health, vision and dental, 401k with match, PTO and sick leave, plus ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
