Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our inter-disciplinary team in Colorado. The role focuses on providing skilled PT services to residents and supporting rehabilitation goals.

The successful candidate will hold a CO license and be comfortable using Casamba and Point Click Care software in documentation and data entry. This is a PRN position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Proficient with healthcare software Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Document patient progress and input data into Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Collaborate with staff to support residents’ rehabilitation plans.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
