Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN role. You will provide PT services within scope, supporting residents in a post-acute care setting and contributing to a collaborative care team.

The position emphasizes flexible PRN scheduling, a supportive environment, and opportunities for growth. CPR certification is required or obtained on orientation, and experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Graduation from an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One year experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation, and must remain current during employment
• LTC/SNF experience is a plus

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• LTC/SNF experience a plus!

Rate Range: $32- $38/hour
