Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to join our inter-disciplinary care team and provide compassionate PT services to residents. The successful candidate will hold a CO license, have experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings preferred, and be proficient with Casamba and PointClickCare.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $56 per hour; we are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Proficient in Casamba and PointClickCare data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with staff to support patient-centred care.
