Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Alabama is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide physical therapy services to residents and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support recovery and quality of life. Requirements include an active Physical Therapist license in CO, plus post‑acute or skilled nursing facility experience.

Proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is preferred. Rate Range $50-$56/hour.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
