Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality PT services to residents. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement treatment in collaboration with nursing and therapy staff.

The role requires current CO PT license; SNF/post-acute experience is a plus, and proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is preferred. Competitive pay with benefits for full-time options; PRN opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care data entry and usage.

Responsibilities
