Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team serving residents in our post-acute setting.

You will evaluate and treat residents, document in Casamba and Point Click Care, and collaborate with nurses and therapists. CO license required; prior SNF experience preferred; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current CO Physical Therapist license (unencumbered) required.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience a plus.
• Familiar with Casamba and Point Click Care data entry.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range: $50-$56/hour
