Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to work with infants and toddlers and their families across Massachusetts. The role focuses on family-centered, evidence-based practices, partnering with families to set IFSP goals, and delivering services in home, community, and group settings.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, perform developmental assessments, maintain EI documentation, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional

Qualifications

  • OT degree and licensure required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
  • Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
  • Provide home, community, and group-based EI services.
  • Coach and empower caregivers to support their child’s development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
