Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) seeks an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to support infants and toddlers and their families using family-centered, evidence-based practices. You will join a collaborative team delivering services across home, community, and group settings.

Responsibilities include developmental assessments, IFSP goal implementation, caregiver coaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration, with a focus on documenting and complying with EI standards.

Qualifications

  • Must have OT degree and licensure.
  • Ability to meet EI operational standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel across the assigned service areas.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
  • Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
  • Provide home, community, and group-based EI services.
  • Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and EI compliance.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
