Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home physical therapy services in Dallas, TX. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with physicians and care teams.

Responsibilities include clinical documentation, supervising therapy staff as appropriate, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care in the home setting. APTA-approved program and active TX PT license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment.

What is Required?

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
