Job summary

Elara Caring in Kansas is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, provide services in patients' homes, collaborate with physicians, document care, and supervise staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
