Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality in-home PT services across Missouri. You will evaluate patients, create personalized treatment plans, and track progress while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
