Job summary

Infinity Rehab at Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA is seeking a passionate physical therapist to deliver therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. You will assess, treat, plan and implement therapy programs, document care, and communicate with physicians to follow orders.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• State license is required.

• Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience as a PT.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a passionate, driven physical therapist to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide and direct physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders. We welcome seasoned, experienced PTs to apply for this position, as well as new grads.
