Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Shalom Park in Aurora, CO. You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, and participate in program planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate holds a Doctoral or entry-level Clinical degree in Physical Therapy and is licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado.

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist within our therapy team at Shalom Park located in Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
• Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve

Qualifications

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy
• State license
