Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Mennonite Village in Albany, Oregon. The role involves direct patient care, program planning, and collaboration with physicians to maximize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication with physicians.
• Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
