Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a passionate occupational therapist to deliver therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions at MIR Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA.

You will assess, treat, plan and implement therapy programs, document progress, and work under physicians’ orders. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided to help you grow as a therapist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy and state license.
• New graduates welcomed with mentorship.
• One year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement therapy programs and document accordingly.
• Coordinate care under physicians’ orders.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a passionate, driven occupational therapist to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide and direct occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders. We welcome seasoned, experienced OTs to apply for this position, as well as new grads.
