Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in geriatric care and SNFs is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to aid recovery.
• Document progress and modify plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
