Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide geriatric care through individualized, one-on-one therapy in older adults' homes and senior living communities. You will evaluate, create plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and independence.
You will document progress in EMR, collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, and educate patients and caregivers.
Role: Licensed Physical Therapist specializing in geriatric care, delivering personalized, one-on-one therapy to older adults in private homes and senior living communities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform moderate physical effort, assist with patient transfers, reposition patients, and drive to various locations. Must wear PPE when required.
