Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Admin, Risk Management, Facilities Management, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security, or related discipline.
• 3+ years managing enterprise security systems and vendor relationships.
• Experience in multi-site corporate environments.
• Certifications such as CPP, PSP, CPTED, CFM, or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement physical security standards, policies, and programs across ULRI-ULSE.
• Manage security systems and technologies: access control, badge administration, CCTV, intrusion detection, alarms, visitor management, key control.
• Conduct security risk assessments and propose risk mitigation.
• Lead incident response and investigations for security events.
• Oversee security infrastructure projects and vendor relationships.
• Support security metrics, audits, and leadership reporting.
