UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement in Evanston, IL seek a Physical Security Manager to develop and maintain the organization's physical security program across multiple locations. You will oversee access control, CCTV, alarms, visitor management, and risk assessments to protect employees, facilities, and assets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, Facilities Management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in physical security, corporate security, facilities security, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise security systems and vendor relationships.
• Experience with access control, CCTV platforms, visitor management, alarm monitoring, and related technologies.
• Certifications such as CPP, PSP, CPTED, CFM, or PMP are preferred.

• Develop, implement, and maintain physical security programs across the organization.
• Manage physical security systems including access control, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management.
• Conduct security risk assessments for facilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish security requirements for offices, laboratories, and testing environments.
• Lead incident response and investigations for security events.
• Manage security infrastructure projects, upgrades, and new installations.
• Partner with project teams to implement security requirements throughout planning and occupancy.
• Manage security vendors, budgets, and SLAs.
• Support emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity activities.
