Job summary

Crossfire Consulting Corporation is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager to lead security initiatives across power generation facilities and corporate locations. You will coordinate with security, IT, compliance, procurement and vendors to ensure on-time project delivery.

The role involves managing scoping, planning, testing, turnover and closeout, with travel to job sites as needed. Remote work is supported but travel is required for projects and sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing physical security projects end-to-end across facilities or corporate environments.
• Experience with enterprise access control systems, especially CCure 9000 for administration or support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools for tracking dependencies and milestones.
• Experience supporting a video management system such as ExacqVision.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including security, IT, compliance, procurement and vendors.

Contract Length: 2 Years
Location: Houston, TX - Not required to go into office ( will work from home) but will be required to travel to jobsite.
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Security Project Manager to provide project management and program support for physical security initiatives across power generation facilities and corporate locations. The Physical Security Project Manager will coordinate with operations, IT, compliance, procurement, vendors, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Physical Security Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage physical security projects from scoping and planning through implementation, testing, turnover, and closeout.

• Support enterprise access control systems and video management platforms.

Physical Security Project Manager Qualifications

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing physical security, infrastructure, technology, or facilities-related projects from scoping and planning through implementation, testing, turnover, and closeout.

• Experience working with enterprise access control systems, including CCure 9000, for system administration, configuration, or operational support.

• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools for scheduling, dependency tracking, and status reporting.

• Experience supporting a video management system, including platforms such as ExacqVision.

• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and internal security, IT, and compliance teams to support system implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
