Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College's Physical Science Center is seeking a part-time Tutor / Lab Aide for the TAP program. You will assist students with lecture and lab materials, and support daily PSC operations.

Hours range from 10 to 25 per week with some evenings or weekends possible. A grade of B or better in relevant courses is required, and you will maintain a clean, safe lab environment while communicating effectively with students and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have documentation of grade B or better in PSC-related courses.
• Must be able to work 10–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Adhere to safety policies and lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with lecture material and lab work.
• Support PSC operations and aid PSC staff.
• Answer phones and direct students; provide general PSC information.
• Open/close PSC following procedures.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and organize storage areas.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
