Job summary

Jazwares, LLC is seeking a Mock Up Coordinator in Plantation, Florida to build physical packaging mockups for sales meetings and global trade shows. You will partner with Packaging Designers and use printers, laminators, and cutters to create accurate mockups for presentations.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on mockup design experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on mockup design experience and materials knowledge.
• Ability to build high-quality physical mock-ups with attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple projects under shifting deadlines.
• Solid computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality physical mockups for sales presentations and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Packaging Designers to determine quality levels, structure, and brand requirements for each mockup.
• Operate printers, laminators, and cutting machines to fold, cut, and assemble packaging.
• Manage mockup logistics: packing, shipping, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and packing boxes to prep and ship mockups.
