Job summary

Jazwares in Plantation, FL seeks a hands-on Mock Up Coordinator to build physical packaging mockups for sales meetings and trade shows, collaborating with Packaging Design and Global Events to translate concepts into tangible displays.

You will operate printers, laminators, and cutting machines, manage logistics, and maintain a safe workspace while lifting and packing boxes; the role also offers a flexible schedule with on-site Mon-Thu and optional Friday remote.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in mockup design and lifecycle knowledge
• Exceptional capability to build high-quality physical mock-ups with attention to detail
• Proactive mindset, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under shifting deadlines
• Solid computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality physical mockups for sales presentations and trade shows when samples are unavailable
• Collaborate with Packaging Designers to determine quality, structure, and brand requirements for mockups
• Operate printers, laminators, and cutting machines to fold, cut, and construct packaging mockups
• Assist with packing, shipping, and keeping a clean, safe workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned
