RMS International is seeking an enthusiastic Packaging Mockup Associate to create high-quality packaging mockups and collaborate with design, sales, and the art director. Prior experience is valued, but the focus is on attitude, eagerness to learn, and a can‑do spirit.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with hands-on prototyping, and supporting the team to deliver compelling packaging visuals for buyers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Create quality mockups and prototypes for toy packaging to be presented to buyers globally.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as cutting, scoring, folding, and hand-assembling packaging prototypes.
• Format artwork and finishing for printing on a wide-format printer.
• Maintain effective communication between the administrative/sales team and the art studio.
• Conduct basic maintenance on large-format printers, including cleaning, paper roll changes, and addressing mechanical issues with the supplier.
• Collaborate with the prototype team to ensure supplies are organized and stocked.
• Explore and implement new methods to enhance mockups and prototypes, keeping the department at the forefront of packaging quality.
• Cleaning and post-processing of 3D prints.
