Job summary

Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence, Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Design Engineer to drive implementation and signoff of complex, multimillion‑instance, high‑speed SoC subsystems on sub‑5nm nodes.

You will own convergence end to end across synthesis, place and route, timing, physical verification, and power delivery network. BS or MS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in physical design engineering.
• Proven ability to drive RTL-to-GDS convergence end-to-end.
• Hands-on with sub-5nm nodes and high-performance designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTL-to-GDS implementation for complex SoC, subsystem, and chiplet designs.
• Own execution from floorplan through placement, CTS, routing, and signoff.
• Define implementation strategy and optimize frequency, power, area, and complexity.
• Drive physical design methodology for advanced nodes.
• Collaborate with RTL architects and signoff teams to resolve bottlenecks.
