Quest Global is seeking an experienced Physical Design Engineer for full-time roles in San Jose, CA, with additional locations in San Diego and Irvine. You will drive RTL-to-tapeout flows, implement floorplans, CTS, P&R and STA, using Cadence Innovus and TCL/PERL scripting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering and must have strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with design, verification and layout teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in EE/ECE or related field.
• Experience with physical design flow from RTL to tape-out.

• Expertise in the complete Physical Design cycle from RTL to Tape-out.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Synthesis
• Static Timing Analysis (STA)
• Timing Closure
• Place & Route
• Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS)
• Floorplanning
• Physical Verification
• EM/IR Analysis
• Strong TCL and/or PERL scripting skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
