Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Consulting, Implementation, or Customer Success.
• Experience in physical AI, robotics, IoT, or smart hardware preferred.
• Proven ability to solve complex hardware, software, and human behavior issues.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in setup, configuration, and rollout of Physical AI.
• Understand customer goals to suggest the best AI products.
• Create engaging training materials on physical AI models.
• Review customer feedback to improve processes.
