Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Photonics or related field.
• Experience in photonics test and measurement is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product and solution opportunities in close cooperation with customers and partners.
• Perform market research and create business cases for these prospective products and solutions.
• Lead and drive New Product Introductions, maximizing revenue growth and minimizing time-to-market.
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork among sales, marketing, engineering, operations and finance.
• Maximize revenue from new products and solutions and take market share from competitors.
• Create and maintain a product and solutions roadmap to drive activities and maximize success.
• Interpret customer requirements and identify optimal solutions to meet those needs.
• Build a large network of prospective customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Cooperate with key stakeholders to maximize success.
• Participate in industry standards.
• Promote existing and new products at trade shows and online presentations.
