Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physics, Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent fields.
• 10+ years of experience in a technology or product development function in a technical/OEM setting.
• Experience in leading multi-functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of current and future market needs for photonics and CPO solutions.
• Map market trends and technology roadmaps to identify gaps and new product opportunities.
• Establish relationships with technical counterparts at key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with PLM and Marketing to refine the value proposition and addressable market.
