Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand assembly, visual inspection, and production tasks in a clean-room manufacturing environment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Complete data collection, basic computer entry, and production documentation accurately.
• Inspect products using visual standards and measuring equipment to support quality requirements.
• Adapt to different manufacturing teams, buildings, or production areas as business needs change.
• Maintain strong attendance, safety awareness, and quality standards throughout each shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $24.50 to $27.40 per hour.
• 2nd shift pay: $24.50 per hour plus $2.40 shift differential, totaling $26.90 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Open shifts: Day, swing, and graveyard shifts available.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050.
• Background check and drug test required.
