Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause investigations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in team environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and optimize photomask BEOL manufacturing processes to improve quality, yield, reliability, and efficiency.
• Investigate process excursions, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, equipment, quality, and process engineering teams on improvement initiatives.
• Lead and execute engineering projects, including process characterization and documentation of results.
• Apply AI-Assisted and Generative AI tools to support data analysis and process improvement with proper validation.
