Job summary

Photronics Inc in Boise seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer III to develop, optimize, and maintain photomask manufacturing processes, driving yield, quality, and efficiency improvements. You will work with Operations, Quality, and IT to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, with knowledge of MES/ERP systems and lean methods; a

Qualifications

3–5 years in semiconductor, photomask, microelectronics, or related manufacturing.
Experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Investigate and resolve process performance issues using data and engineering principles.
Lead or contribute to process improvement projects within larger initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation for process procedures and troubleshooting.
Develop or modify processes to improve capability, throughput, and yield.
Support new equipment installation, characterization, and validation.
