Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in a technical field with graduation after September 2027.
• Fundamental knowledge of chemistry, materials science or semiconductor processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience developing advanced wet cleaning and resist strip processes for EUV/DUV photomasks.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate process performance and identify improvements.
• Analyze defect, contamination and yield data using statistical tools and data analytics.
• Apply data science methods and AI-assisted tools to identify correlations and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate excursions and implement corrective actions.
• Document qualifications, plans and results for technical dissemination.
