Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking a Photolithography Process Technician to sustain daily manufacturing in the photolithography department.

You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ASML steppers and TEL track systems during 12-hour compressed shifts to ensure product quality, tool uptime, and yield targets. You will manage wafer lots, monitor SPC charts, and collaborate with Equipment Technicians and Process Engineers to resolve tool issues and hand over shifts clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working inside a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
• Hands-on with ASML steppers/scanners and TEL track systems.
• Familiar with MES and SPC software; knowledge of lithography recipes.
• Ability to work 12-hour compressed shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily shift operations executing production runs according to SOPs, managing wafer lots through TEL track modules and ASML exposure tools.
• Monitor SPC charts to track tool/process performance; identify and contain OOC/OOS events.
• Troubleshoot and qualify lithography equipment after maintenance or down events.
• Utilize metrology tools to verify critical dimensions and alignment; dispose wafers per criteria.
• Identify lithography print failures and initiate wafer rework; document root causes.
• Coordinate with Equipment Technicians and Process Engineers to resolve tool failures and provide shift handovers.
• Maintain strict cleanroom and chemical safety practices.
