Job summary

Silicon Desert Staffing is seeking a PROCESS TECHNICIAN for a night-shift role in a semiconductor fab. You will disposition discrepant photolithography material, respond to priority lot holds, and analyze failed runs to identify root causes.

You will collaborate with Engineering to recommend process changes and support new equipment qualification, contributing to ongoing yield and efficiency improvements. The role requires an AA in science/math or equivalent experience, working knowledge of SPC

Qualifications

• AA in science, math or related field OR equivalent process-specialist experience.
• Working knowledge of SPC and statistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication across manufacturing sections.

Responsibilities

• Disposition discrepant photolithography material quickly and react to priority lot holds.
• Respond to out-of-control events by following established OCAPs.
• Analyze failed runs to identify process error sources and Work with Engineering for changes.
• Support new equipment qualification and assist in developing key technologies.
