Job summary

Silicon Desert Staffing in Bloomington, MN seeks a Process Technician for Manufacturing Engineering to disposition discrepant photolithography materials and manage priority lot holds. You will respond to OCAPs, analyze failed runs with Engineering, and support equipment qualification.

You’ll also contribute to key tech development and cost/yield improvements. Ideal candidates have an AA in science/math or equivalent process-specific experience, plus SPC knowledge and strong communication.

Qualifications

• AA in science, math or related field or equivalent process-specialist experience.
• Working knowledge of SPC and statistics is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication across manufacturing sections.

Responsibilities

• Disposition discrepant photolithography material quickly and react to priority lot holds.
• Respond to OCAPs and out-of-control events by following established procedures.
• Analyze failed runs to identify process error sources and work with Engineering on changes.
• Support new equipment qualification and assist in developing key technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in yield, efficiency and cost.
