Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a photolithography process technician (PT) to join the engineering team in a 12-hour night shift with a 4-on-4-off, 3-on-3-off schedule. You will perform technical tests, tool qualifications and recoveries for the photolithography process engineering group, monitor lines, and provide data for yield improvements.

Day-to-day duties include collaborating with engineering to develop and qualify new processes, reporting issues, and assisting in procedure creation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or at least 1 year of experience in a technical role.
• Ability to work in ISO 5 (class 100) clean room for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and stand or walk most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets.
• Document data from DOE studies and present results to engineering.
• Report process issues and equipment malfunctions; coordinate with Maintenance to resolve.
• Assist in creating new procedures and refining existing ones.
• Work to achieve quarterly yield and cycle-time goals.
