Job summary

Skyworks Solutions in Woburn, MA is seeking a Process Technician for the Photolithography Group to support wafer fabrication processes and ensure on-time production.

The role requires at least 2 years of factory experience and an associate degree or equivalent; you will work with steppers, coat/develop tracks, mask aligners, and CDSEMs while maintaining quality and addressing SPC-related issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing fab environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily production to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality product.
• Disposition of lots on hold.
• Respond to SPC failures for equipment and product charts.
• Support multiple photolithography tools such as steppers, coat/develop tracks, mask aligners, overlay measurement tools and CDSEMs.
